Update from Guatemala Team

Angela Price posted the following from the team:

I was able to talk with Russ today. They are doing good but there is a lot of rain keeping them from their destination. God has changed their plans and they are sharing Jesus at a different location then what was originally planned. There have been several mud slides in Guatemala, please pray for their safety during this rainy time there.

Update from Guatemala

The team had a great worship service this morning (4.5 hours)!  We are missing what worship is about when we get “antsy” after 45 minutes!

The team reports their plans might have to change for this week.  Due to the abundance of rain (lot more than normal), several roads are flooded.  They are readjusting to other projects this week.  God is still going to get the glory during this week.

Please pray for our team!!

The team arrived home safely and tired! With enthusiasm the children and friends welcomed everyone home! Once rested, we are sure they have a lot of stories to tell!

Thank you for your prayers and involvement in this mission opportunity.

Ukraine Update: Thursday, May 7

We received the following message from the Ukraine Mission team:

It is our last day working in the clinc.  We saw over 75 folks today.  There were 15 decisions made during the day.  There is so much more to share and look foward to share them with you personally.  Everyone is healthy!

Ukraine Update: Wednesday, May 6

The clinic has gone great today.  They have seen over hundred.  Over a three day period, they have seen over 62 decisions made.  They all will be followed up by team and believers in the area.  God is definetly working so you know the devil is trying too. God is so much bigger.  Pray for safety of all the International Mission Board missionaires.  Thank you!

Ukraine Team: Tuesday, May 5

The work at the clinics are going good.  The exciting thing is they are seeing the Ukrainian (new) believers sharing their faith to the patients as they are waiting.  This is exciting to new believers - who are Senior Adults - sharing their faith so freely.

They ask us to pray for their safety.  People drive “crazy” in the Ukraine - worse than Bessemer!  Pray also for fertile hearts.  The Ukrainian people have such harden hearts.  It is so difficult to share with them God’s love.  (This makes the earlier statement even more exciting.)

Monday, May 4 - Ukraine Update

We heard from Amanda today “things good. Everyone safe. Multiple opportunites to witness. A few decisions made.”

We heard from Angie today:

Everything is fine.  Phones are not working good.  Sunday, they worshipped in Polinovka and prayer walked in Magdalenofka.  Monday, they saw over fifty people in the clinic.  In the orphanage, they ministered to forty kids.  There is so much more to tell.  Thanks for your prayers!

Please continue to pray for the team.
