The church family is rejoicing in this special season celebrating our Lord’s birth. In our appreciation, we are celebrating every Sunday and Wednesday.
Sunday, December 7 — We will kick-off our Adopt-a-Family emphasis. Our classes take the next part of our journey to Serving Others and Showing Jesus to our World by adopting a family for Christmas. This has been a wonderful opportunity to love on others and minister to them in this time of need. Sunday evening, we will have a wonderful musical presentation “Celebrate the Child” from all of our choirs. Everyone is encouraged to attend and bring others to this special celebration. Evening service begins at 6pm.
Wednesday, December 10 – We will focus on our Lottie Moon Emphasis for International Missions. Each of the age groups will highlight the 5000+ people helping to share the love of Jesus internationally. The adults will have an interactive opportunity to hear about the work going on around the world. Adult Interactive IMB Emphasis will begin at 6:30pm in the Family Chapel.
Sunday, December 14 — We will have a special guest in our services to highlight “Lottie Moon”. We are calling it “A Visit from Lottie”. You do not want to miss the services at 9am and 10:30am.
Sunday, December 21 – “The Christmas Visitor” makes his appearance sometime in both morning services at 9am and 10:30am.
Tuesday, December 23 — Christmas Candle Light Service — A special time for the entire family to celebrate the precious love of our Lord through his wonderful gift. Services begin at 6:30pm
